💖 Packaging

All items come in a pretty little gift bag made from Recycled saris. If your ring is a gift or maybe for a man, then please do advise of colour preferences and we will do our best to send out a colour of choice. For gemstone rings, we do try and match the colour of the bag with the corresponding gemstone piece ordered. Great bags to store the ring in when not wearing it.

💖 Upgrades

Why not add a 100% Cotton silver cleaning cloth to the order too - we will combine postage with any ring order, and will refund any shipping that accrues for the cloths. These cloths are Impregnated with a mix of silver cleaning ingredients an anti-tarnish protector. Details can be found here

💖 Processing Time

1 to 2 Working days (Nb if we are away at exhibitions and craft fairs, or on a design trip abroad, the processing time might be longer, however, we will inform you of this.

💖 Shipping Details

UK - Sent as 2nd Class Standard Large Letter Delivery. If you want to track your order, we suggest you upgrade at checkout to one of the Recorded signed for methods. If your delivery is urgent, we do offer the Special Delivery (NEXT WORKING DAY) option for orders received before 2pm - again please upgrade at checkout. If you are wanting the Special Delivery for the next day, please contact us first to ensure we are able to send it out on that actual day.

USA - Orders are sent out as Standard Shipping, so there is NO TRACKING available for this. With Royal Mail you have to pay extra, so if you would like a tracking number, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU UPGRADE TO THE TRACKED AND SIGNED OPTION AT CHECKOUT. We will have proof postage but please consider upgrading for peace of mind.
