All jewellery is carefully dispatched from our London studio using Royal Mail.
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the value and size of your order. Larger items, such as statement cocktail rings, may be sent as a Small Parcel.
If you need your jewellery sooner, faster delivery options are available during checkout, including Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery, where available.
Free UK delivery is automatically applied to qualifying orders where applicable.
We're delighted to ship Mistry Gems jewellery to customers around the world.
International orders are carefully prepared and shipped using trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail International Tracked and, where appropriate, Transglobal Express.
Typical delivery estimates are:
• UK: 2–3 working days
• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 working days

We always aim to make international deliveries as straightforward as possible and will use the most appropriate shipping method for your destination.

Where duties and taxes are collected during checkout or prepaid before dispatch, there should normally be nothing further to pay before delivery.
If duties and taxes are not collected in advance, any applicable import charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Your jewellery will be presented in a gift pouch carefully chosen to complement the colours of your gemstone, making each order feel that little bit more special. Larger jewellery pieces may be presented in a gift box where appropriate.
