Yes. We ship Mistry Gems jewellery to customers around the world using trusted delivery partners and carefully selected international delivery services.
Where duties and taxes are collected during checkout or prepaid before dispatch, there should normally be nothing further to pay before delivery. All of our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Many of our gemstones are natural, while others may be treated, reconstructed or laboratory-created. We always describe our gemstones as accurately as possible within each product listing.
Items that are legally required to be hallmarked will be hallmarked in accordance with UK Hallmarking legislation. Smaller sterling silver pieces that fall below the legal weight threshold are exempt.
Yes. Many of our gemstones are natural, meaning every piece has its own individual colours, patterns and inclusions. This natural variation is part of what makes every piece of Mistry Gems jewellery unique.
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or using hot tubs. Water, chlorine, salt and everyday chemicals can affect sterling silver, gold plating and some gemstones over time.
