We want you to be completely delighted with your Mistry Gems jewellery. If for any reason you need to return an item or would like to discuss an exchange, we're here to help and will always do our best to make the process as straightforward as possible.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, or simply have a question, please get in touch before returning your jewellery. We'll always be happy to help.
If you've placed an order and wish to cancel it before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so although we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered the dispatch process.
If you've changed your mind and would like to return your jewellery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please contact us before sending your jewellery back.
Returned items should be:
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
Once we've confirmed your return, we'll provide instructions for sending your jewellery back.
Once your returned jewellery has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed as quickly as possible using your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We understand that choosing the correct ring size online isn't always easy, which is why we've created our Ring Size Guide to help you choose the best fit before placing your order.
If you've ordered the wrong size, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help and discuss the exchange options available, subject to stock availability.
We recommend contacting us before returning your jewellery so we can discuss the most suitable solution for your individual order.
Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch and packaged with great care.
If your order arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of both the jewellery and the packaging to help us assess the issue.
We'll always work with you to resolve the situation as quickly and fairly as possible, whether that's through a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
Before returning any item, please contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless an item is faulty or has been supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
As returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or have been supplied in error, unless your statutory rights state otherwise.
